Measurements
There is no difference in my measurements since 2 weeks ago. 
I’m guessing it’s all the crazy amounts of alkohol I’ve been drinking these past 2 weeks..and maybe too much pasta? Too much fried veg? Too much mozzarella? Or is it olive oil? Neah..must be the alko. And sugar.Although it’s not as bad as it used to be sugar wise. I guess if I really want these centimetres to vanish I got to clean these eating habits up a bit…And be strict about it? Kinda don’t like the idea of forcing myslelf or depriving myself.Well, we will see how it goes.
On the other hand I ran 5km today and I’m one whole minute better than 2 weeks ago.
Another succes is that I’ve stopped drinking coffee and switched to black and green and even red tea.
I stick to the training plan and ride my bike everywhere. No excuses!
I ran even though I was tired, hangovered and sleep deprived. I ran through discomfort and pain and cramps and whatnot. I ran 9km in 60 minutes. And I did 62km on the bike one day.
Always look at the bright side of life, right?
